Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned unused, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before sending your item back.

Unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

One-of-a-Kind & Natural Stone Jewelry

Many of our pieces feature natural stones, which may include unique variations in color, pattern, texture, and inclusions.

These natural characteristics are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects.

One-of-a-Kind items may be returned according to our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.

For One-of-a-Kind rings, please carefully confirm the listed ring size before purchasing.

Returns or exchanges due to incorrect fit or ring size are not accepted.

If you are unsure of your ring size, we recommend having your finger professionally measured at a local jewelry store before placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, personalized or made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

All orders are carefully packed and shipped by us from San Diego, California.

Ready-to-ship items are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are carefully packaged to help ensure they arrive safely.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

International Orders

International delivery times may vary due to customs processing and other factors outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.

If a package is returned to us because it was not claimed or accepted, additional shipping charges may also apply to resend the order.
